Every day one million people, in the world at large, begin diets, in hope to lose weight. In most cases, their attempts are unsuccessful because they use the wrong diet. Judging by my own experience, I would say the best method to lose weight is to go on a “low carb” diet!
In this diet, it is not so important to count calories as it is to regulate the intake of starch and sugar.
The fundamental principles of this diet are the calorie levels and intake of food in the form of carbohydrates exceeding 250 calories. The consumption of meat, poultry, fish and curd is not regulated or controlled. The Dieter may drink anything except alcoholic beverages. The dieter should also limit the consumption of fat. It is imperative to limit the consumption of carbohydrates. It is recommended to eat green vegetables and fruits.
Low carb diets are based on the premise that a diet very low in carbohydrate leads to a reduction in the body ' s insulin production, resulting in fat and protein ( muscle ) stores being used as its main energy source. The aim of low carbohydrate diets is to force the body to use fat as its main energy source! These are just the very basics of the “low carb” diet. If you are really serious about or interested in weight loss, consult your dietitian. Your dietitian can start you on a diet plan, BUT why spend a lot of money on doctors if you simply find detailed information without even leaving your house and begin a “low carb” diet today!
